  • For our customers located in LATAM, Central and North America, we are leading development of complex B2B and B2C ecommerce solutions. We are looking for a QA manager / Test manager to help us deliver successful projects.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish and evolve formal QA processes, including testing strategy and testing approach for ecommerce projects using industry-accepted best practices.
  • Devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans with the project stakeholders from inception to release.
  • Ensure team understands requirements clearly and knowledge sharing across the testing team.
  • Assigning the work to offshore / onsite, monitor and report the testing progress to all stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, issues and dependencies to the testing phases, tracking of the issues and coordinating for resolution.
  • Analyze data, trends and come up with recommendations to improve quality
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. 
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. 
  • Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. 
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).


Experience Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in testing large scale IT and system implementations (preferentially e-commerce projects)
  • Experience in Manual Testing at levels of Unit & System covering Functional tests;
  • Comfortable with creating test cases for highly complex systems to ensure full test coverage
  • Experience of managing, leading and coaching teams to successfully deliver outputs in defined timeframes.
  • Ability to work with client and 3rd party agents, understanding their expectations & priorities
  • Ability to specify and setup test environments
  • Have the ability to manage design issues with solutions delivered in to test to ensure delivery of software meets requirements within set deadlines
  • Be able to work with little or no documentation and develop understanding of solution in order to sufficiently test solution is fit for purpose 
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to business and technology stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and work effective with little supervision; ability to co-ordinate onsite and offsite resources deliverables/activities
  • Experience in performance, load, stress, data migration, and integration testing
  • Capable to collect metrics and setting up reporting dashboards


Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to travel
  • At least one ISTQB certification or any other relevant related certification
  • Knowledge of test automation tools (ex. Selenium, Katalon, TestComplete, readyAPI, etc)
